What BIKLABS is
BIKLABS connects projects, work items, and knowledge with AI-assisted capabilities. Depending on the feature and its status, a person may consult BIA, authorize tools, or allow an agent to read context and propose or perform limited actions.
The platform may use third-party models or customer-provided credentials. Model identity, capabilities, limitations, and data processing depend on the applicable configuration and documentation.
Roles of BIKLABS and model providers
BIKLABS coordinates context, permissions, and tools around work. The underlying model may be supplied by a third party or by the customer, so BIKLABS should not be confused with the provider of every foundation model an organization chooses to use.
Depending on configuration, BIKLABS may act as provider of an integrated AI feature and the customer as deployer responsible for its use. The precise legal classification depends on purpose, effective control, and each deployment context.
When AI is involved
The interface should make an AI response or activity distinguishable from a human contribution where the capability supports it. In external integrations, the customer must preserve that transparency for its own users and recipients.
Capabilities are published with an availability status. Preview, alpha, and pilot indicate that behaviour, coverage, or controls may still evolve.
Context, prompts, and tools
A model may receive the prompt, system instructions, excerpts from projects or documents, search results, metadata, and tool responses authorized by the user or organization for that operation.
An agent with tools may create effects outside the chat, such as creating or updating a work item within the available scope. Technical permissions should constrain access but do not replace an assessment of purpose and risk.
Memory and context boundaries
Access by a person or agent to a workspace does not mean every request receives all workspace content. Context depends on authorized scope, retrieval, effective permissions, and model technical limits.
A response may omit a relevant source or combine incompatible instructions. The organization must design sources of truth, permissions, and review procedures without assuming model memory is complete or persistent.
Actions and effects outside BIKLABS
An integration may read or change information in another system, send a communication, or trigger a process. Before enabling it, the customer must verify credentials, recipients, permissions, reversibility, and data processing by that third party.
An activity record shows that the system observed or requested an operation, but does not by itself prove that the external outcome was correct, complete, or legally sufficient.
Output limitations
Outputs may be plausible while false, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or outdated. They may also reproduce information in context or resemble content generated for other users.
Before using an output as a publication, operational instruction, code, analysis, or recommendation, the customer must verify accuracy, rights, security, and fitness for the use case.
Human oversight
BIKLABS is introducing identity, activity, permissions, and gates according to each capability's maturity. A gate may request approval before a supported transition, but it does not guarantee that every action is supervised or that an outcome is correct.
The organization decides which operations require review, who may approve them, what evidence is needed, and how a process can be stopped or reversed where possible.
High-impact use
BIKLABS must not be configured to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects in employment, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, essential services, justice, or fundamental rights.
In regulated contexts, the organization must determine its role under the applicable framework, document the system, inform people where required, and provide meaningful human review and intervention.
Generated content and communication
Anyone publishing or delivering AI-generated or manipulated content must assess applicable identification, marking, and accessibility duties. BIKLABS is not currently presented as a general synthetic-content publishing tool and does not guarantee automatic marking for every format or destination.
AI interaction must not be concealed where law, context, or a person's reasonable expectations require disclosure.
Data and integrations
Prompts, sources, outputs, and records may contain personal or confidential data. The customer must minimize context and review the terms of selected models and integrations. The privacy policy and DPA explain applicable roles and safeguards.
Incidents and questions
Report a harmful output, unexpected action, or abusive use to admin@biklabs.ai. Technical vulnerabilities should be reported through the responsible disclosure policy.
