AI, agents, and integrations
Analytics choices do not change the context an organization decides to provide to BIA, an agent, or an integration inside its workspace. That processing depends on configuration, customer instructions, the contract, and the applicable DPA.
Disconnecting an integration or revoking a credential prevents new communications but does not automatically instruct a third party to erase data already received under its own terms.
Withdrawal and complaints
