What we store by default
BIKLABS stores your theme and privacy choices locally. These are technical preferences needed to remember a decision you requested; they are not used to measure behaviour or build profiles.
- bik-landing-theme: your light or dark theme; kept until you change it or clear browser storage.
- biklabs-cookie-consent: remembers essential-only or analytics consent; kept until you change it or clear browser storage.
- Cloudflare may use short-lived technical storage for security, network delivery, and bot prevention.
Optional analytics
Only after you select Accept analytics do we load Matomo from analytics.bik.eus and, if an active key is configured, PostHog. They may store anonymous or session identifiers and navigation events so we can understand what works and what to improve.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting, Google Analytics, or Meta Pixel.
Accept, reject, or change
Accept and reject are presented with equal prominence. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the site. Reopen the panel through Privacy; withdrawing prior consent reloads the page so any analytics script already started is stopped.
Browser controls
You can also block or remove cookies and local storage in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you erase preferences, we will ask again on your next visit.
