The access list opens

BIKLABS opens its first access list and starts working with design-partner teams.

The first working group

We opened the BIKLABS access list for teams that want projects, knowledge, and AI agents to operate in one connected system.

Designing from real work

The first design-partner sessions focus on how requests enter a team, where context disappears, and which decisions need to remain attached to execution.

This stage established a rule we still follow: BIKLABS does not add AI on top of a broken process. It makes the structure visible first, then lets people and agents work from it.
